Unable to run reports - neither from Infoview nor from CMC nor from Clarit

Hi All,

I installed Clarity 12.1, and BO 3.0 (which comes with Clarity 12.1). Installation went smoothly, with absolutely no errors. I deployed my reports in it, but I am not able to view any of the reports.

In Clarity NSA (CSA), I have specified BO Reports user name as "Administrator" and password is the same as which I am using for logging into CMC/Infoview.

In CMC and InfoView it shows error: Error in File Assurance Report: Failed to load database information. In Clarity it shows this error: RPT-0006:Invalid login. Contact system administrator.

The relevant extract from app-niku.log file is attached herewith.

Can someone please throw light on what I might be doing wrong.
