Self-Documenting Your APM Customer Experience Configuration
One of the lesser known features of APM Customer Experience is that you can take almost any screen on the TESS GUI interface and copy it to an MS Excel spreadsheet, MS Word document, or another document type. By doing this, you can start to build a detailed configuration setting workbook. This is useful for capturing Slow Time Settings, Web Server Filters, TIM IP addresses and much more. Also, by using a screen macro program, you can automate the configuration setting capture process.
I'd like to hear back if you are using this or other methods tpo capture your APM Customer Experience configuration.
