Hi Everyone!
I try add some fields that I've on SDM, one of those fields is the 'Requester'.
I'll into "Tools->Help Desk Configuration", "Ticket Properties" tab and add a new property like this:
Property Name: requested_by
Property Lable: Requester
Allow Values for this property: $[Help Desk Login User]
But when the ticket is created I can pass the "Affected End User" but not the "Requester"
Someone can help me with this?
