    I am looking for any technical note or information on the procedure to be followed while targeting an Integration between SAP Solution Manager and CA SOI ; also between OMi and CA SOI.

    Hi Anusuya,

    I will solve same issue. Customer has SOI and also SAP Solution Manager and We want to have all alerts in one SOI console.

    Hi all,

     

    has anyone ever worked on that or even better find a solution. SolMan offers a variety of WS to integrate to third party tools (typically Service Desks), wonder how usable the data provided by that interfaces is.
