Charge Codes

The Clarity 8.1 Administration Guide says: Charge codes can represent any kind of breakdown of work associated with investments, such as:
􀂄 Capital expense versus expense
􀂄 Billable versus non-billable
ô€‚„ Non-project time on timesheets, such as vacation, sick time, or jury duty We would like to use charge codes for two of the above, capital expense versus expense and also non-project time on timesheets.   The problem is that capital expense versus expense charge codes show up on timesheets and non-project time charge codes show up for updating project and task charge codes.   Does anyone know how to restrict certain charge codes from displaying in specific locations in Clarity and Open Workbench?
