Actuate9 installation: "Report is not configured properly"

Hi! clarity 8.1.1 and actuate9 on windows2003 and mssql 2005 after installing actuate9, configuring and restarting  APPit gives back error on running reports:  "Report is not configured properly"in logs there is message  Failed Status No: 1 :  Basic Error: 1002 Module: afc\report.bas Line: 1551 User error: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: reporting.reportError  app can connect to Actuate server as clarity user is created into actuate. "niku reports install" uploads the files correctly into Actuate system.odbc setting name "niku" uses the same user as clarity to connect to db.no firewalls actuate installation has old AFC libraries marked (only examples off),otherwise standard actuate next...next...next.. installation anybody experienced the same? any solutions?  thnks!
