Need help with error messages while rebuilding our Dev environment

Good morning.  I am rebuilding our Dev environment to get a clean Clarity 8.1.0.3 copy so we can test the upgrade to 8.1.1.   I have the application loaded, however can't complete the install until we get Actuate running.   I have NSA running, and Actuate now installed.   Here are the 2 issues I have and can't seem to find answers in any of the product documentation:  1.   At the command prompt when I type in "niku status all" or any other niku command, it tells me "niku is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.2.   When opening the Actuate Management console, it says "system failed.   System Failure Reason: Server initialization error: Failed to start or initialize the portmapper service."  Does anyone have any guidance on either (or both) of these?   Thanks very much!!Lori
