Go to views->fields->properties of that attribute..Check read only checkbox..

I don't think calculated values can be shown as percentage. One work around is to create attribute as type number instead of calculated and build a custom trigger on this attribute that performs the same calculation. Note:- Custom triggers should be approved by CA support prior to deployment in production. ThanksSiva
