Clarity 12 not connecting to MSP or OWB

I have recently taken a box from a working copy of 7.5.3 to 8.1.1 to 12.0.2.    The connection from Clarity to MSP and OWB were working fine until we went to 12.0.2.   Now I get a box that pops up and say "Uknown login failure".  It will then go to the "Clarity log in box" in the MSP application and I put in my User ID and password and I get teh same error.    Does anyone have version 12.0.2 and is successfully using schedule connect to go between Clarity and MSP or OWB?    I have reinstalled it and I am still getting the same error.   Any help is appreciated.   I included a screen shot of my error.
