Changing Default hours worked per day to something other than 8 hours

By default, it looks like Clarity assumes a workday is 8 hours/day.     When we change our system option to display using "days" instead of "hours", Clarity is automatically assuming that 8 hours = 1 day.     Our default for all staff is 7.60 hours/day, so would like Clarity to automatically calculate this in any of our portlet views/etc, but we can't see any system option or parameter anywhere to allow Clarity to display a day as 7.6hrs.  Any info on how this can be achieved would be greatly appreciated.
