Our business has a requirement to link 100 subprojects (and potentially more) to one single integrated master project. Each project could have hundreds of tasks. The reason of doing this is to allow the business to look at task to task dependencies and how one task could potentially affect the program / Roadmap. Any idea how we could achieve this? At the moment, we have performance issue just linking 3 or 4 projects to a master project and try opening them all up in Microsoft Project take ages. And I could see the problems coming if we link more projects together. FYI - We are on Clarity 7.5.3 and Microsoft Project 2000. What are your experiences when it comes to integrating subprojects to a master schedule? Any idea or suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thanks!
