Reports not launching-Clarity 8.1FP3

When we try to run any report, we select the parameters and hit the Submit button and we are taken back to the Reports: Scheduled Reports page (http://***/niku/app?action=nmc.reportNoMergeSearchReturn). We usually get the pop-up report. What could be causing this problem?  We are currently using Actuate 8 and have had no issues until now.   I've restarted the service and do not see any errors or warnings in the logs.Please advise.
