reporting.serverError_8012 after upgrading to Actuate 9 with Clarity 8.1fp3

We upgraded to Actuate 9 and now when we run reports from Clarity we get a reporting.serverError_8012 error. We've tried uninstalling/reinstalling Actuate and that did not work. Has anyone ever received this error?
