Any ideas on how to setup or use Clarity for On Call Resources?

Hi  I apologize if this has been posted; I did a search but did not find anything. We are not a global org, but we are a busy IT org and we have a lot of groups that have on call staff and I was wondering if anyone has done something special for those type of resources? these on call staff are the same as their regular staff. Naturally the first thing they ask is to create an on call calendar, but I can only think to do that if there is an On Call project (so that they can schedule the resources).  so, outside of the standard Clarity usage/setup has anyone had a need to think of something for this type of scheduling/work? I hope I gave enough info..thanksLynn
