Hello,  I am sending time periods through xog using soap.  When I extract a time period and evaluate the xml, I see that start attribute on the TimePeriod is formatted like this -   start =" 2009-01-03T00:00:00 " .   Does XOG care about the date formating.   For example, If I send start="12/12/2009 12:00:00 PM" would it care or would I get a error?  Another example would be daily actuals, they are not sent with time.   Would XOG ignore time if it was sent?  Thank you,  Brandon
