Filters Randomly Changing/Disappearing

Has anyone experienced this phenomenon before?   I've had a few reports of filters (specificially in this case the Team Tab filter on a project) disappearing.   Is there any way to track down if this filter still exists?   My PM's explanation of what he's seeing is below:   When I logged into Clarity, the TEAM tab layout on all of my projects changed. Some of the obvious changes include:
1. Filter is defaulted now as collapsed - was expanded.
2. I had created a custom filter using Power Filter, it is now deleted. I do not remember how to build one. I built this soon after first going live on Clarity to display only my active resources.
3. The Remaining Allocation column is missing. This was not an intentional change.   Is there a way (in the db, perhaps) that I can investigate to see if his filter was corrupted somehow?   Can anyone explain why these changes occurred?  TYIA,  Daniel
