There is a read only field called "% expended" on the Project -> Budget subpage. I have gone through Clarity manuals but it does not explain the functioning of this field in detail. When I change the percent allocation of any resources allocated to the project (say from 100% to 70%), this field %expended also changes accordingly. I dont know how it is getting changed and what can be done to prevent it. any help or advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.
