Error 500 When Saving or Submitting a New Cost Plan

We are suddenly receiving an "Error 500" message when trying to Save or Submit a new Cost Plan.   We are still able to successfully Edit and Save existing Cost Plans.    Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening?   I have rechecked our Financial set up and all looks well.    Thanks!
