Time Periods Do Not Exist for Duration of Project

I'm very new to Clarity, so please bear with me!  When I attempt to create a cost plan and populate it from resource assignments, I get an error message stating "Time periods do not exist for the duration of the project."When I look at the project, it appears to start in 02/08 and run until 09/14.  I checked Fiscal Time Periods and there are fiscal time periods existing from January 2008 until December 2015.Clarity won't let you create a gap in the time periods, so I assume that all time periods exist between 01/08 and 12/15.We have weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly time periods set up for that date range. To me, it looks like Fiscal Time Periods are good and not the source of this error. Is it referring to some other type of time period?  Thanks,Timma
