  • 1.  Collaboration Tab is Empty

    We are on v12 SP5 and are running into an issue where the Collaboration Tab is empty for users that are Project Staff Members and Participants.    The tab shows up when we add someone as a staff member (we set it to add staff to participants when assigned) but it doesn't display any contents.  Any throughts?   I've searched for some kind of Access Right that might resolve this but haven't found anything that works.  Thanks!!

    It just happened to a colleague of mine. He went into NSA, in the Documents section; changed something, restarted services, changed back; restarted services.
    Can't explain why, but it solved the issue...

    Check also the KB for bugs and resolved defects.I have a recollection of something similar in r8.0 or r8.1  Martti K.
