Hello,I am needing some help. We are adding Roles to the Project staff as placeholders for named resources. Recently, we have now added multiple roles on a plan.. For example, a project’s “programmer (1)â€? and “programmer (2)â€?. When running a custom project forecast report in the past when only 1 role "programmer (1) is added the report calculates properly. Now, when adding multiple roles For example, a project’s “programmer (1)â€? and “programmer (2)â€? the report is now adding the ETC's multiple times. Lets say 1 and 2 have 1032 hours of ETC each. Here is OWB view for the programmer (1) & (2)   res id, ETC hours
programmer 1, 1032
programmer 2, 1032     while using a timescale spread, the hours would break down in OWB like this... Jul, Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec
176, 168, 176, 160, 176, 176   Now on the report...it looks like this: Jul, Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec
704, 672, 704, 640, 704, 704   so..its taking 176 + 176 X 2   = 704  And i have no clue as to why... everything totals properly when named resources are used & only lets say 1 role. It gets hosed when multiple roles are assigned to the project. Ie. programmer (1) and programmer (2)  any help would be greatly appreciated.    Keri
