We face three business problems with project edit rights for which we have not been able to find a viable solution. They are as follows: 1. There are certain rights we want to give project managers by default (not included in the "Project - Manager (Auto)" right) such as creating/editing risks, issues, and change requests (the "Project - Risk, Issue, Change Request - Create/Edit" right). 2. We want the project manager to be able to allow someone else to have edit rights on their project. However, we don't want to give them the "Project - Edit Access Rights" right because of the next thing we are trying to accomplish. 3. The project manager should not be allowed to grant themselves access to secured subpages or budget approval (the "Project - Budget Plan - Approve). If anyone has any ideas of how we can accomplish all three of these goals, I would appreciate your input. I'd also like to know if anyone is facing a similar problem even if they don't have a solution.
