Instrumenting a .Net Framework 3.5 site

I'm not a .Net person - but I am unfortunately the designated Wily guru. I just don't need to touch it very often.  A customer using Introscope to instrument existing .Net applications/sites (which we don't really administer, they do, mostly 1.1 and a 2.0 site) has asked that we enable instrumentation on three new sites, all using Framework 3.5. To my knowledge, nothing about the way we've configured the agent or the EM would preclude these new sites from just showing up, unless they are doing something really strange. Alas, they can't give me much information and I'm not sure what to ask for.  Can anyone help me with what I may need to be aware of regarding a 3.5 site, and what I should ask the customer? Anything I should look at on the EM side? Agent side? AutoProbe logs don't seem to indicate that any new applications have been detected...  They want all the intstrumentation to be the same as the existing sites, so I think we've got that covered...
