A user cannot action items assigned to him ?

Hi All,

 

I am facing a issue, a user who has action items assigned cannot see them on General menu at the Clarity welcome page.

But when going to Organizer page on Notifications tab, He can see the actions assign to him.

 

Kindly suggest if any one already had this issue or  has knowledge on this.
