Management wants us to be able to log in to WCC / AutoSys to help the operations staff when we are on call. They are willing to get an iPhone or Android (whatever we need) for us. What would be the best choice and how do we set it up?
iPhone and 2x. It works.
Doesn't anybody use a smart phone or android for support?
I am using iPhone 5s with the GOOD Application and this works fine.
Android also has the 2x RDP application.
