The latest CA SAM catalog (3.5.5 catalog v. 3.3.6) is now available for download from the CA SAM Solutions, Patches and Catalogs page on CA Support Online. This catalog is for CA SAM release level 3.5.5 only. Please note that this is a new link, as our Product Support pages have changed recently. The link to Catalogs will be at the bottom of this page.
as this is an ftp location, don't I need a user name & password as in other ftp downloads from your site? I'm still unable to access using that path
Are you saying you can't get to the FTP site or you can't get to the Solutions, Patches and Catalogs page? Are you logged into CA Support Online? If you are logged into Support Online you should be able to get there. I actually tested it without logging in and was able to get there.

Actually, I can't download anything from this page, even the patches. We're getting ready to deploy SAM next month, so we'll need to access this!
