Problem with SSL and Mobile Timesheet App

Hello,

 

we have got an issue while trying to log with Mobile Timesheet App to Clarity, there were no problems when SSL was off, but after turning on we are not able to log in with following error message: Wrong username or password (I'm sure that I provide right information).

 

I tried to install certificate to my iPhone, but it didn't help (colleague has got the same problem with Android phone).

 

Please have you got any idea how to solve this problem?
