Generally the community "CA Security" is too wide a topic to get all emails, since it has many products, whereas a user would only be interested in news for the few specific product that they have purchased. In our case as support engineers obviously we also have special interest in the few specific products that we support, and so while occasionally want to see the big picture, generally we want to be specially informed on items that change/occur within our product support group.
They are searchable as a category (or via tags), but do you have some suggestions on how to subscribe to an RSS feed, or New Stream that contains only one "category" say CA Siteminder within the CA Security community ?
I expect that a per product approach would be how most people would like to view their community news - so hopefully this question has already been asked and there is a ready answer.
