When I log in to Support online there are bookmarks where they have always been.
but when I select my product - Clarity they are no longer there. Where are they?
I wanna save a few clicks.
I know I was able to change two of my bookmarks the first day we had the new format for the website. But now, I can only see Bookmarks on the landing page and there does not seem to be a way to change them or add new ones. The bookmarks are unavailable on other pages. I guess we are supposed to use Browser Bookmarks now.
Because this question is specifically about Clarity documentation, I'm going to move this thread into the CA PPM community.
The old bookmarks do not work anymore due to the site upgrade.
You can still find your product pages by going to Support by Product in the Left-hand Navigation window and then locating your product.
Once you have located your project page, you can create a new bookmark.
To make your life a little easier, here is the link once you have logged into the Support website:

1. Are the old within Support Online bookmarks gone and there is no replacement on the new support online Clarity area (at least again I don't see them)?
2. I can create browser bookmarks (as before)
I have a Bookmarks link that is specific to the Support site. It is in the same row as the Site ID:
Site ID: Site Profile | My Account | My Download Cart | Recently Viewed | Bookmarks
They work the same way they did before.
Yes, I have that, too. However, not with the ability to add bookmarks.
Secondly after having selected a product I do not have it anymore.
When you select a product, do you still have Bookmarks?
