Symantec IGA

Hi,

In CA IDM i have to clear all pending old work items items in work list of one of the role administrators. Can anybody let me know the process of clearing those work items without notifying role requester either role is approved or rejected.

If you reserve a work item,  this could be removed from the worlk list of others participants. See if you can access this link. This has steps to cleanup worklist items. Pending worklost can be cleaned up by mentoioning PROC_STATE_ID = 2
