How to Sign Up for Email Alerts/Announcements

Hi all - I recently had the issue where although "Announcements" were being sent from this community to my community inbox, I wasn't getting them to my actual email and therefore would miss the events or notifications.  After looking into it, I found that others are having this issue too - there are a few threads on the subject in The Water Cooler community.

 

Here's why some of us get the Announcements in our regular email and some do not… you have to “Follow” the Community in your “Inbox”.

  1. Follow the LISA Community: https://communities.ca.com/community/ca-lisa-application-delivery make sure you are logged in and select the “Follow” button on the top right of the screen.  Then check off “Inbox” on that list.
  2. Join the LISA Customer validation group: https://communities.ca.com/groups/lisa-validation-group make sure you are logged in and select the "Follow" button on the top right of the screen.  Then check off “Inbox” on that list.
    • If you don't have access to this group, follow these instructions:
      1. Make sure you are logged in and then click the “Ask to join this group” button.
      2. If you haven't already, make sure you sign our online agreement here:  http://bit.ly/HYCqhS  (CA Employees can skip this step)
      3. Once your access is granted, make sure that you have clicked the “Follow” button on the group on the top right of the screen. 
      4. Then check off “Inbox” on that list.
