We had a working set up of Policy Server and SM WAM UI. Now, the hostname of the Policy server is changed to new hostname. After this change, We are not able to login to WAM UI. The error message displayed is "Unable to process logins. Please contact your administrator".
I have tried to re-register the WAM UI, but still it is the same issue?
I do not want re-install the WAM UI.
Anyone have a resolution to this?
