We are facing any issue. For few assignments, the Sum of actuals present in PRASSIGNMENT table and sum of posted timesheet actuals from PRTIMEENTRY table were not matching.
We contacted CA support and they provided us CS tool using which the impacted actuals value were corrected in PRASSIGNMENT table.
Now the issue is that, as the actuals value have changed for assignments(made equal to posted hours), the changed value has reflected in the task level actuals sum and also team level actuals sum for those resources.
But, the total labor sum for the project is still showing the old value.
We have tried changing the slice status and then updating the inv_investment table but it did not worked.
Please, suggest something to update project level actuals sum.
