As I understand that the CA Clarity PPM v13 tool can be integrated with Crystal Reports 2008. I have a few queries related to this;
1. In order to install the Crystal Reports Designer 2008, what other software application requirements are a must on my PC?
2. Also, if I am having access to the CA Clarity PPM v13 tool through the client application for e.g. Citrix, should the Crystal Reports Designer 2008 installation (along with other software application requirements) be carried out on my local system or on the client application for e.g. Citrix?
I just want to make sure that I am following the correct steps to integrate the CA Clarity PPM v13 tool with the Crystal Reports 2008. Thank you.
