    Problem:

    Can't get the custom-menu-config.xml file to work on SOI 3.2.  After I put it under the CA\SOI\custom\console\config directory and restarted the console, the item did not show up under the Tools menu.

     

     

    Solution:

      Copy the file you created/edited, custom-menu-config.xml, to the UI machine to the directory at

      C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\SOI\SamUI\custom\console\config

     

    Then relaunch the SOI console.
