My Projects - Issue

Hi there,

 

A user of CA Clarity PPM v12 is having an issue about seeing Projects within her My Projects section. She is not able to view anything and gets an error as highlighted within the attachment image shown below. When I log in as an Admin, I can see all the Projects that have been added within the My Projects section. What could possibly be the reason behind this issue?
