Is there any command available to retrieve the VSE's connected to a particular registry?
If you're running the current version of LISA, there are various ways to get this information. How would you like it presented?
I just need it in a list or some array object, So inturn a custom code will interprets and display it in some UI
So I will need to assume you're using the current version of LISA. An easy way to do this might be to use the LISA Invoke 2.0 API. Look here:
I am not able to view that url from my registry server.
The version of LISA I am using is 7.1.
The requirement is to develop a java code which retrieves the VSEs connected to a particular registry and displays it in UI.
With older versions of LISA, pre-existing the LISA Invoke 2.0 API, there are other ways to get this information.
You want to develop Java code to get the information? Ok, it's in com.itko.lisa.test.Environment
Pseudo-code (which might work in bean shell):
registry = Environment.getTestRegistry();
labs = registry.getLabNames();
Iterator it = labs.iterator();
thisLab = it.next();
vses = registry.getVirtualServiceEnvironments(thisLab);
Iterator theVSEs = vses.keySet().iterator();
thisVSE = theVSEs.next();
myVSEstuff = registry.getVirtualServiceEnvironment(thisVSE);
Will implement and let you know.
