ITPAM in non trusted AD domains

I have a situation. I have many active directory domains which are not trusted with each other. Many computers are spread across these domains.

My question is, if I install an ITPAM instance in one domain, will it be able to execute remote operations on computers lying in other domains? Will it be able to execute its operators on agents lying in other domains? And would an orchestrator in one domain be able to communicate with orchestrator in other domain?
