There is no trial version of Introscope.
You must be a licensed individual or company with a Maintenance Agreement to access the Download Center on https://support.ca.com.
If you download any version of Introscope prior to 9.6.x, you will need to register the IP address of the server where you're installing the software.
The link to do the registration should have been sent you via email.
If you do not have a link, please use the Customer Care webform to send a request to the licensing team, who will generate an email for you.
