CA PAM Approval process

Hello everyone,

 

I am currently building an automated approval process within PAM to work in conjuction with CA Service Desk  where when a change order is created an email will go out asking for approval.  My problem is when the emails are returned has anyone created a folder in PAM itself to monitor when emails come back or have PAM monitor a folder outside of PAM.  Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated.
