Getting a 'System Error' upon clicking the Organizer Tab

Hi All,

 

We recently upgraded to Clarity V13.3. After the upgrade, some users started getting a 'System Error - Contact System Administrator' error when they click on the 'Organizer' tab (Action Items). This behavior is sporadic, however replicable for that user.

 

Has anyone seen this error on the Organizer tab? Any help is this regard is greatly appreciated.
