Unable to save a report output in BO

Hi,

We are using the clarity ppm 12.1.3 with BO Server installed as a reporting component.

One of the user experiencing while generating a report, he couldn't view the dropdown in the marked part. so he couldn't save the report output.

i.e., He could view only the 'Document' but couldn't view the icon next to it. similarly for the other menus

 

Could you please check and reply on this?
