Lisa Virtualized Service forced to stop

Hello everyone,
was found a very strange bug on a virtualized service, deployed on a server CA LISA.
The service responds correctly when invoked from SoapUI (this is a SOAP webservice); if the service is invoked by Tibco returns a timeout.
In the Lisa Console I see that the service is forced to stop.

There are other services invoked by Tibco and work regularly.

I accept suggestions on actions to be performed to fully understand the problem and solve it.
