Did you know you can chat live with a Spectrum Support engineer?
Solution:
Log into support.ca.com and start to open a new Spectrum case by selecting the Product and Release. Once you select the Release, you should see a pop-up in the middle of the page that states “Got a quick question? Click here to chat live with an engineer.”
Click on the "Click here" link and you will then be connected to a live chat with a Spectrum Support engineer.
