  • 1.  SLCM attach URL Doc to SDM ticket fails (PAM process)

    Catalog 12.9 has PAM process to attach Catalog attached document to SDM Incident. The process makes two SDM web service calls that both fail. The first is "imposter" passing userid and session ID. Error is 1010 which doesnt tell me anything. The URL is correct.

     

    Then after this another SDM web service method is called to "Attach docuument URL to ticket" and it fails with same error 1010 but I suspect due to previous error.

     

    Anyone have this woking?

    Hi Michael,

     

    In general webservice error 1010 means invalid SID was used. You may export the process to XML and reply back by attaching it to have a look at it.
