Hi Guys,Currently using ITPAM 4.2 Sp1. I have few questions for the integration of CA Service Desk with the third party tool Cisco New Scale using ITPAM. I dont have much experience on Intergrations.
Any one can help out how to move further in getting the details from client and building the integration process from ITPAM. Your help will be much more appreciate.

To begin with you need to determine what sort of API Cisco NewScale uses.
Service Desk has a Web Service based API, and we provide some Service Desk specific connectors to interface with Service Desk, but we do not have a prebuilt connector for NewScale.
If NewScale has a Web Service API, you would need to review the methods to determine what you can accomplish and then use the generic Soap operators in your process design. A 3rd party application such as SoapUI may be of use in helping you to review the API and what you can accomplish in newscale.
Then map out what information you would like to have moved from one product to the other, and review the various API to see how that information needs to be processed as it moves between the products.
