  • 1.  Cannot view reports in CA Reporting Server

    Hi,

     

    We have  CA Identity Minder v12.6 SP1, and CA Report Server. The installation is complete as per CA IM installation guide.

     

    We can capture of data, and can request the report. However when we try to view the report, the task opens, but there is no content in there.

     

    Any suggestion on resolving this would be really helpful. The screen-shots have been attached.

    We identified the root cause. CA IM uses iframe to redirect request to the report. We required to open the firewall from the proxy and the report server.
