Is upgrading the sandboxes or one of them to v14.x on somebody's agenda?

If so on whose and what is the status?

If not who should have it.

When might that be possible?

The upgrade from v13.3 seems to be less difficult than a service pack upgrade.

13.3 and 14.1 are very similar.

Do you think it would be worth waiting for 14.2, since it has the jaspersoft inclusion?

I would not recommend upgrading to 14.1, since you'll be wanting to upgrade again in a month!

Don't expect the sandbox to be running v14.2 just like that.

I will speak to the rest of the board members and to CA about upgrading the Sandbox to CA PPM 14.1. I will post the results here.

Yes, my thanks to Stephen as well. Once he got into it the Sandboxes were upgradet to v13 in a jiffy.

Michael Thibault is the one who administers the sandbox. You need to contact him for access. The information is in the link but I have included below as well.

There are no optional levels

In one sandbox you have admin rights and rights to give you more.

When you log out you are expected to leave the system as you found it when you logged in except fro normal project management tasks.

The second one has user rights for everybody. That is no messing with the system.

I see it is in

CA PPM 15.4 Sandboxes Now Open! 

The code of conduct is included in the email that I send asking what sandbox they want access to, it is also resent as part of the email when the access is granted, and it is also on the General page when the users log into the environment. 

Conforming with Point 2 of guidelines - Once I receive your request for

access to the sandbox(s), you will get a reply including the guidelines for

sandbox usage, once you provide an affirmative response to the guidelines,

I will create the account(s).  This is done to show that you agree to the

guidelines.

"I agree with the guidelines" - I also understand that this is not

forever.
