The CA Service Management 14.1 Wiki is available here. With this release, we have consolidated the documentation bookshelves of the products in the solution into a single Wiki. So, the wiki is the one-stop-shop for all your documentation needs for CA Service Desk Manager, CA Service Catalog, CA IT Asset Manager, Unified Self-Service (formerly known as CA Open Space).
Please note that the Wiki is only available in English at the time of GA. Language Wikis will be available in the coming weeks. We'll post an announcement in the community when language spaces are available.
Though the Wiki is public (and doesn't require any login), we recommend that you log in using your support online credentials. This will help you comment on the pages more seamlessly and get an email notification when an update is made based on your comment. Now, you can connect with us more using the collaboration features such as Like, Dislike, Comment. You can Share the pages with your colleagues and peers or Print PDF and share with your users.
