Connection Timed out - movement to New server

Hi All, Recently out clarity Production server moved from old server to a new server.

Facing two issues- the Reporting server has stooped and the java job failing.

Following are the error messages:

1)Java Job : Failed - Message: [SOAPException: faultCode=SOAP-ENV:Client; msg=Error opening socket: Connection timed out; targetException=java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Error opening socket: Connection timed out]

2) Reports donot execute: Error Connecting to Reporting Server. Error from server is javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: java.netConnectException: Connection timed out.

Clarity version : 7.5.3

Reporing: Actuate.

Can anyone please suggest
